These 2, Evans and Rebecca were supposed to be married on November 16, 2016. Unfortunately, the deadly AlShabaab insurgents descended on the Kenyan town of Mandera town on the night of Thursday, October 6 and killed 6 non-residents in the Bulla area of the town.
Evans was one of them.
