What a World: Newborn Baby Found Stuffed Inside Plastic Bags and Dumped by the Roadside (Photos)

The incident caused a stir in the area. The baby was stuffed into plastic bags with a rope tied tightly around its neck in suspected strangulation.
 
A Facebook user who posted the photos didn't indicate if the baby survived or not.
